Please note that we can use all courrier ( DHL, FEDEX).
With so many pretty items you would want to grab them fast so dont hesitate to order and we will deliver to you as fast as possible within 1-5 days.
We strive to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible. After placing your order, you will immediately receive an email confirmation and we will get to work for you.
DELIVERY
IN STOCK Items : Local Shipping 1-3 Days or 3-5 days
EU : 3-5 business days arriving in an estimated 7-20 business days.
UK : 3-5 business days arriving in an estimated 7-20 business days.
USA : 3-5 business days arriving in an estimated 45-60 business days.
REST OF THE WORLD : International shipping will be within 3-5 business days arriving in an estimated 20-60 business days.
PRE-ORDER items: Shipping will take place once item is in stock. Please note that you will still be charged for the item once the order is placed upon check-out. Once the item has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information of the shipment.
If your Cart have In Stock and Pre-order items once check out is finalized we will notify you with an email estimating when your Order will be shipped, lead time approximately 2 - 3 weeks. For International and local Shipping all Items will be shipped once in stock.
However if what you have ordered are no longer available due to our Supplier insufficient stock we will notify you before shipment and update your order or apply a credit/points to your account to use for future purchase or you can order another item for the amount.
MADE TO ORDER Items can take up to 2 weeks for production.
Some products are marked as "Made to order" on our website. These items are made upon ordering and take longer to ship. This means that, after placing your order, we will contact the Manufacturer to start producing that special item for you. We will check with the manufacturer when they expect to have the item available for shipping and send you an update afterwards. We always do our best to complete all orders as soon as possible.
DROP-SHIPPING Items if available are estimated to ship 1-3 Weeks or more directly from our vendors to your location. Drop shipping can also be cancel from your Order due to our Vendors insufficient stock or impossible to ship into your location.

All deliveries are currently being shipped from Montenegro depending on lead time of your Items.
TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an automatic email informing you approximately the delivery date, transportation company with a link and tracking code. Local delivery in Montenegro will be with courier Brza Posta.
WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
Delivery is available worldwide, if you cannot find your destination during checkout please contact us.
PARCEL PACKAGING
We use eco-friendly packaging materials, recycled brown paper for boxes, recycled kraft shopping bags or filler and wrapping paper. They are all hand assembled, hand cut and hand stamp. We use bubble wrapping only when its needed for fragile items.
SHIPPING FEES
Free shipping to Montenegro for online orders over 45+ euros.
Free shipping to EU - BALKANS for online Orders over 150+ Euros.
Any other delivery cost are added to the order total of all orders placed and are calculated depending on the size, weight and destination of your order. If you want to check delivery costs for your order you must do so in the checkout after adding your products to the cart and filling in the delivery information using the dropdown list for selecting the country.
All shipping and handling rates are an accurate reflection of the rates NLHD incurs from our local shipping company in Montenegro. Customers outside the European Union (EU) are responsible for any customs and duties charges. Unfortunately, we cannot provide estimates of these charges.
Orders are safely packaged to ensure that the highest expectations are met and then shipped via Our Standard local Shipping company!
We at NLHD we can also do Delivery depending on your Domestic location.
Packages are only delivered during business days from Monday-Friday.
The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverables packages.
NLHD is not liable for lost or delayed packages, for any import duties, and incorrect shipping information. Once the label is addressed, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information. Should the tracking information say that item(s) is delivered when it is not, notify the shipping services immediately.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Once we receive the returned merchandise in original condition we will email you alerting you that your return has been received and issue a refund minus shipping costs to the method of payment for In Stock Items, Otherwise a balance amount is open in the shop if your interested in other Items. Please be aware that it may take 3-5 business days for your financial institution to reflect your refund. If Items are returned you will be charged of 10% Restocking Fee and you will be responsible of courier Fees.
If your order has arrived damaged please contact us !
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on Pre-Order items, including sale items and Made to Order items.
We offers exchanges for damaged goods within 30 days of receiving the product.
NLHD will not make any exchanges on products that have been used, damaged, or returned without original packaging. Please read the exchange an item step to follow
All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products.
Items purchased on Sale cannot be returned.
As a small independent business, we regret that we're not able to offer free returns.
we're unable to offer refunds of the shipping charges on delayed orders, we kindly advise your to wait the time for an item to arrive to you and if by then has not arrived please contact us.
