SHIPPING POLICY

With so many pretty items you would want to grab them fast so dont hesitate to order and we will deliver to you as fast as possible within 1-5 days.

We strive to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible. After placing your order, you will immediately receive an email confirmation and we will get to work for you.

DELIVERY

IN STOCK Items : Local Shipping 1-3 Days or 3-5 days

International shipping will be within 3-5 business days arriving in an estimated 7-10 business days.

PRE-ORDER items: Shipping will take place once item is in stock. Please note that you will still be charged for the item once the order is placed upon check-out. Once the item has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information of the shipment.

If your Cart have In Stock and Pre-order items once check out is finalized we will notify you and ask if you want partial delivery or all at once Delivery upon your response we will proceed how you want the Shipment. If In Stock items are 80 % of your Order we will do a partial delivery for domestic orders regardless and once the Pre-Order Items are available we will ship the rest.

However if what you have ordered are no longer available due to our Supplier insufficient stock we will update your order and apply a credit/points to your account to use for future purchase or you can order another item for the amount.

MADE TO ORDER  Items can take up to 2 weeks. 

Some products are marked as "Made to order"on our website. These items are made upon ordering and take longer to ship. This means that, after placing your order, we will contact the Manufacturer to start producing that special item for you. We will check with the manufacturer when they expect to have the item available for shipping and send you an update afterwards. We always do our best to complete all orders as soon as possible.

DROP-SHIPPING Items if available are estimated to ship 1-3 Weeks or more directly from our vendors to your location. Dropshipping can also be cancel from your Order due to our Vendors insufficient stock or impossible to ship into your location.

SHIPPING

SHIPPING FEES are added to the order total of all orders placed. All shipping and handling rates are an accurate reflection of the rates Nomad incurs from our local shipping. Orders are safely packaged to ensure that the highest expectations are met and then shipped via Our Standard local Shipping company!

We at Nomad we can also do Delivery depending on your Domestic location.

Packages are only delivered during business days from Monday-Friday.

The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.

Nomad Life HD is not liable for lost or delayed packages, for any import duties, and incorrect shipping information. Once the label is addressed, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information. Should the tracking information say that item(s) is delivered when it is not, notify the shipping services immediately.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If your order has arrived damaged please contact us ! 

Nomad Life HD does not accept returns or offer refunds on any items, including sale items and bespoke items.

Nomad Life offers exchanges for damaged goods  within 10 days of receiving the product. Nomad Life will not make any exchanges on products that have been used, damaged, or returned without original packaging. Please read the exchange an item step to follow

All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products.
Once we receive the returned merchandise in original condition we will email you alerting you that your return has been received and issue a refund minus shipping costs to the method of payment. Please be aware that it may take 3-5 business days for your financial institution to reflect your refund. If Items are returned you will be charged of 10% Restocking Fee and you will be responsible of courrier Fees.

Items purchased on Sale cannot be returned.

As a small independent business, we regret that we're not able to offer free returns.

we're unable to offer refunds of the shipping charges on delayed orders.
